Google Maps allows users to easily navigate from one place to another. Maps give you information about traffic and various available routes. But did you know that navigation services can also measure the distance between two goals and more? Measuring the shortest distance between several destinations not only saves you time, but also saves Petro-Diesel. There is an easy way with what you can do. Follow these steps and easily estimate the distance.
On the table
Step 1: Open Google Maps in your computer's web browser.
Step 2. Examine the starting point, and then right-click it.
Step 3: Select "Distance Measurement" from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: When finished, click the second point where you want to measure the distance. If you want to measure the distance between several points, you can click on all these positions.
Step 5: Then you need to draw a point to adjust it to calculate the distance. Once you drag the point, you will find that Google Maps shows the distance between the positions at the bottom of the page.
On your smartphone.
You can also perform the same operation on your Android or iOS smartphone. However, this process is slightly different, if you do this on a smartphone. Just follow these steps and it will be done.
Step 1: Open the Google Maps app.
Step 2: Now find the first point and mark it with a red pencil.
Step 3: Then click the place name at the bottom of the map.
